Hello there!

Welcome to Blossom HR.  I’m Rosie and I’m the director and founder of our lovely HR support services company.

A little bit about me before I go into the “business stuff!” My loves in life are my two crazy football mad boys, my fitness obsessed husband, my naughty cat, friends and family and I might have a little bit of love for the odd glass of wine!  I live in beautiful Wells in Somerset and you’ll often find me at the top of the Mendips enjoying the stunning views and nature at it’s best.

I pride myself on being practical, tenacious and having a no-nonsense, sensible approach to supporting my clients.  Clients describe me as being a little different to other HR professionals they have worked with as I love having a laugh and building excellent relationships with my clients and enjoy being down to earth and commercially focused.

I have 12 years of HR experience across a range of sectors; retail, manufacturing, motor trade and professional services is where I have had the most experience but I love a challenge so even if I haven’t worked in your industry, I would really enjoy learning something new and the great thing about working in HR support services is that the profession can be easily adapted to any industry.  I have held senior roles in some amazing businesses with up to 1,300 employees.  I should probably also add the boring bit and that’s that I am an accredited member of the CIPD and have completed a masters in HR Management.

Even though I am based in Somerset, I support clients all over the UK.  If you are based in London I have a few clients located there so visit the wonderful city at least once a month.

Why do I enjoy working in HR?  I love the fact that no two days are ever the same, you never know what issue or situation is going to come up and you have to be adaptable.  I really enjoy seeing the value that HR can add to a business and how it can really impact on the bottom line.  I also adore meeting new people and get a real sense of satisfaction when I have made a difference.
