“As soon as Rosie walks into the room you automatically feel lighter, she has this way of listening and eliminating any people related concerns you might have. She has a no nonsense, pragmatic style and is a fantastic HR professional who is a joy and really fun to work with. The value she has added to our business is priceless and I couldn’t recommend Blossom HR more highly, we wouldn’t be without her now!”
Who We Are
Hello there!
Welcome to Blossom HR. I’m Rosie and I’m the director and founder of our lovely HR support services company.
A little bit about me before I go into the ‘business stuff!’ My loves in life are my two football mad boys, my fitness obsessed husband, my naughty cats and friends and family. I might also have a little bit of love for the odd glass of wine! I live in beautiful Wells in Somerset and you’ll often find me at the top of the Mendips enjoying the stunning views and nature at its best.

HR Support Services
I pride myself on being practical, tenacious and having a sensible, no-nonsense approach to providing HR support services. Clients describe me as being a little different to other HR professionals (but in a good way…). I am down-to-earth, commercially focused and enjoy building long-standing relationships with people.

HR Experience
Sectors I have worked in over the past 12 years include; retail, manufacturing, automotive and professional services.
One of the great things about working in HR support services is that the profession can be easily adapted to any industry. I have held senior roles in businesses with up to 1,300 employees. The boring (but important) bit – I am an accredited member of the CIPD and have completed a masters in HR Management.
Since Blossom HR launched in September 2021, it has been a privilege to work with over 40 clients. These have ranged from entrepreneurial start ups to long-established companies.
While based in Somerset, I support clients all over the UK. At least once a month, I am in London.
Why do I enjoy working in HR? No two days are ever the same. You just never know what issue is going to come up. Adaptability is key. Seeing the value that HR can add to a business and how it can really impact on the bottom line brings a real sense of satisfaction.
