HR Support Services
I pride myself on being practical, tenacious and having a no-nonsense, sensible approach to providing HR support services to clients. Clients describe me as being a little different to other HR professionals they have worked with. I love having a laugh and building excellent relationships with my clients. I am down-to-earth and commercially focused.
I have 12 years of HR experience across a range of sectors; retail, manufacturing, motor trade and professional services. I love a challenge, so even if I haven’t worked in your industry, I would really enjoy learning something new. The great thing about working in HR support services is that the profession can be easily adapted to any industry. I have held senior roles in some amazing businesses with up to 1,300 employees. I should probably also add the boring bit. I am an accredited member of the CIPD and have completed a masters in HR Management.
Even though I am based in Somerset, I support clients all over the UK. I have clients in London who I visit at least once a month.
Why do I enjoy working in HR? I love the fact that no two days are ever the same. You just never know what issue or situation is going to come up and you have to be adaptable. I really enjoy seeing the value that HR can add to a business and how it can really impact on the bottom line. I also adore meeting new people and get a real sense of satisfaction when I have made a difference.
