Meet The Team
Rosie Wicks – Director & Founder
My loves in life are my two football mad boys, my fitness obsessed husband, my naughty cats and friends and family. I might also have a little bit of love for the odd glass of wine! I live in beautiful Wells in Somerset and you’ll often find me at the top of the Mendips enjoying the stunning views and nature at its best.
I have over 15 years of HR experience in a wide range of sectors. I’m equally at home supporting builders, charities, tech entrepreneurs or accountancy firms. Rosie has completed a masters in HR Management.
Sarah Hart – Director
I’m Sarah and Director with Rosie at Blossom HR. I’ve worked in the HR industry for 25 years and I am passionate about supporting businesses with all things HR to enable them and their employees to thrive.
Aside from HR I have a wonderful family around me including my husband and our 2 boys. We love getting out of the house to enjoy the great outdoors. I love sport and do a variety of different activities; my favourite is netball. Playing the game is great fun (most of the time!) but the best thing is the netball family you also gain!
Amy Roberts – Head of HR Consulting
I’m Amy, Head of HR Consulting at Blossom HR. With over 10 years’ experience in generalist HR, I enjoy working closely with clients to support the growth of their businesses while helping them stay up to date with the ever-changing employment legislation and people trends. Having worked across a range of industries, I’m passionate about getting to know your business and your people, so I can provide practical, tailored support that truly makes a difference.
When I’m not at work, you’ll most likely find me on an adventure with my husband, our two young boys and our two crazy dogs. I love discovering and trying new restaurants and enjoying a glass of wine!
Heidi Davies – HR Consultant
I’m Heidi, HR Consultant at Blossom HR. My background is working with SME businesses as a HR generalist, however my passion is advising on employee relations – I enjoy helping businesses and employees work to their full potential.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I keep an active lifestyle by attending a local gym, going on walks (when the weather is nice) and running around soft play with my little boy and baby girl!
Jane Smith – HR Consultant
I’m Jane, an HR Consultant at Blossom HR, with over 15 years’ experience as an HR generalist. Alongside offering ER advice, I am passionate about making a positive impact and supporting individuals to grow, embrace innovative approaches, and advance in their careers—all of which help achieve organisational objectives and strengthen company culture.
Outside of work, my husband and I work together to make sure our two children get to all their sporting and social activities. Spending quality time with family and friends is a priority for me, and when I can, I enjoy playing netball in a friendly league, visiting the gym on occasion, and popping into our village pub.
Ellie Vecchio – Business Administrator
I’m Ellie, the business administrator at Blossom HR. I have worked as an administrator for over 10 years in various companies but have always enjoyed the HR side of things!
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling with my husband and walking our little furbaby Bronzi in the countryside. I love having dinner parties with my friends, attending classes at my local gym and have recently got back into horse riding!
Sara Vincent – HR Consultant
I’m Sara, HR Consultant at Blossom HR. I’m a people-focused HR leader with a passion for building strong, trusted relationships and helping businesses thrive through thoughtful, strategic support. With experience across global, multi-sector organisations, I bring a collaborative and commercially aware approach to everything I do. In my previous roles I have led change programs, supported leadership growth and driven meaningful conversations around diversity and inclusion, as well as creating career pathways for employees, improve performance management and led employee relations strategy in a complex, unionised environment.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mum to three young children and love spending time with them — especially outdoors. I enjoy my regular CrossFit classes and I’m happiest when walking in nature with my dogs, a golden retriever and a soon-to-arrive black Labrador puppy.
Roxanne Woodman – HR Consultant
I’m Roxanne, an HR Consultant at Blossom HR bringing over 20 years of hands-on experience in HR generalist roles across custody, PFI, healthcare and the civil service. I am known for my practical, people-focused approach and my ability to support organisations through complex employee relations, change and day-today HR challenges with clarity and confidence.
With a strong understanding of diverse and regulated environments, I enjoy partnering closely with leaders to deliver pragmatic, compliant and commercially aware HR solutions that genuinely work in practice.
Outside of work, I enjoy life in the countryside with my husband, two sons, two horses and two guinea pigs. When I’m not horse riding, I can usually be found reading or renovating my cottage.
Austin Hilton-Ball
Payroll
Austin is the co-founder of Your Payroll Manager UK (YPM). Austin started YPM with a mission to go further than simply administering payroll. The team prides itself in helping businesses to streamline processes, implement better systems and educate employees with the core goal of creating happy employees. With a career spanning FTSE 100 financial services, large scale payroll operations and multi-site hospitality, there isn’t much Austin and his team haven’t seen or can’t solve.
Away from the world of payroll, you’ll find him, his wife and Labrador exploring the country in their camper.

Suze is the Director of Garden City Assurance, our trusted partner for all things GRC and data protection related. GCA understand that data is a business’s greatest asset.
